Well, now’s your chance! The S.C. Aquarium will be displaying Magellanic Penguins from South America this March.

To learn about them beforehand, be sure to checkout the Magellanic Penguin page on Wikipedia.

Put your creativity to the test and be one of the lucky few to select a name for one of the South Carolina’s new Penguins! If chosen your name will be assigned to one of the Aquarium’s penguins and displayed at the new Penguin Planet Exhibit opening in March.

The Penguin Planet exhibit, featuring four warm-weather penguins on loan from SeaWorld San Diego, opens to the public Saturday, Mar. 28th.

Check SC Aquarium for more info, but hurry – there are only 6 naming chances left!
